Task Supervisor – Social Justice Efforts

The Job Organizer Supervisor, Social Justice Efforts (SJI) handles task coordination of the NCH SJI Efforts that fall under the NCH Variety and Addition Stand Versus Racism/Stand for Health Equity tactical strategy strategy. The Social Justice Effort intends to enhance results for kids, youth and households affected by the justice system, consisting of kids of incarcerated moms and dads and youth in, or at danger for going into the juvenile justice system. This position reports administratively to The Center for Household Security and Recovery and is liable to their Vice President for the juvenile justice elements of the effort, and to the Director of Healthy Community, Healthy Households (HNHF) for efforts related to kids of incarcerated moms and dads. What Will You Be Doing?

  • Takes part in establishing, carrying out, and assessing Nationwide Kid’s objectives, goals and metrics for SJI associated activities.
  • Handles SJI jobs– assisting in cross-functional tasks, developing relationships, and setting objectives to accomplish preferred health, health, and security results for kids, youth and households impacted by the justice system.
  • Helps in advancement of company strategies, recognizing resource requirements, reporting relationships, timelines and success metrics for SJI.
  • Establishes and preserves reliable working relationships with agents in the juvenile justice and correctional systems.
  • Works together with other members of the neighborhood health group and TCFSH personnel to promote coordination and combination of department efforts.

Credentials

Understanding, Abilities and Capabilities Needed

Education:

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ of experience in program preparation and administration and job management.
  • Previous experience in, or substantial expert direct exposure to the criminal justice system.
  • Previous experience in establishing, keeping and keeping an eye on job tracking and result reports.
  • Experience with grant writing, application and management.

Abilities and Capabilities:

  • Remarkable customer support, settlement, and social relationship abilities needed for interaction with contacts.
