Responsibility, the concept that individuals, federal governments, and company should be held openly liable, is a main fixation of our time. Bad guy justice, already a system for attaining public accountability for illegal and antisocial activities, is no exception to this preoccupation, and responsibility for criminal justice therefore takes on a special significance.
