Mr. Malik has over 30 years experience in having provided advice, assistance and representation in all aspects of criminal defence work. This also includes family, civil and immigration law too.
He was admitted as a Solicitor in 1998.
I am a qualified Duty Solicitor both at the Magistrates Court and Police Station.
He is also a qualified Higher Courts Advocate (Criminal Proceedings). I provide representation both at the Magistrates & Crown Courts.
He is a highly experienced and creative individual with 17 years post qualification experience, exclusively in Criminal Law. Offering a strong professional career to date combined with a demonstrable understanding of Criminal Law and the Criminal Justice System.
He has developed extensive experience in a range of cases, including Theft, Public Order Offences, Drugs Offences, Health and Safety, Housing/Council Tax Fraud, Complex Fraud, Rape, Assault, Robbery, Murder, Sexual Offences & POCA.
Last year I appeared as Higher Courts Advocate led by a QC involving 3 defendants facing charges of Murder, Manslaughter, Kidnapping & Burglary. Our client was acquittal by the Jury after trial on the charges of Murder, Manslaughter & Kidnapping.
He has served as a Non-Executive Director on the Primary Care Trust in Bradford and I also served as a Corporation Member at Bradford College.
More recently he became a Guest Lecturer at the Bradford Law School, University Centre, Bradford. He is also been involved with various other organisations by contributing my time and experience to them.
