WATCH: Kim Kardashian West says getting Trump's support on criminal justice reform was 'magic'

Kim Kardashian West, criminal justice activist and reality TV star, spoke at the White House on Thursday during an event about inmates returning to the workforce. Recounting her own journey as an advocate for prison reform, a topic about which she has met with the president several times, West said she has seen a significant need for helping people find the right resources to re-enter society after prison. She also announced a ride-hailing partnership to assist formerly incarcerated people in getting transportation to work opportunities.
