Trump indications criminal justice reform bill with bipartisan assistance

President Trump signed a criminal justice overhaul on Friday that reduces some drug sentences while expanding rehab programs. The bill is a welcome change for supporters of previous prisoners. CBS News senior nationwide correspondent Jim Axelrod explains.
