Is a 13-year-old a kid or a teen?

I don u2019 t think that they are mutually unique! A 13 y/o kid IS a teen, and a teenager who is 13 y/o is most definitely a kid. Aside from the main definition of u201 ckid u201 d as being a young goat, in common parlance, kid a child are associated! I seriously doubt that anyone over the age of 25 doesn u2019 t think about 13 year old u2019 s as kids. I would bet that anybody over the age of 18 thinks of them as LITTLE kids! (And tbh most teenagers over 16 too)! I remember being 13, and it DREW! I felt SO much more fully grown than I REALLY was. I was a bonafide teen (just like any 19 y/o) however individuals treated me like a u201 clittle kid u201 d. And think me, at 13, I had all of it determined! I understood PRECISELY what I desired, and I just might not understand why individuals would treat me like a child (literally). My body was changing so quickly, and I was horney ALL the time, but kids I liked simply looked at me like I was 6! It was embarrassing. I was constantly embarrassed about my body, when I first turned 13, my breasts were hardly visible, I was behind the majority of my peers developmentally, and it was so awkward. However the day before my 14 th birthday, my breasts were substantial, and once again, and I was so embarrassed! I remember wearing big baggy sweaters so they wouldn u2019 t be so obvious. I truly missed it when kids looked at my face when they talked to me. Even judging by the most basic requirements, as a logical, and emotionally stable believing person, the brain of a 13 y/o kid is hardly HALFWAY established. All of us know that the frontal lobe (the part of the brain which separates humans from any other primate) is not totally developed until age 25, but if FEELS like you u2019 re all developed. 13 is a rough age to be, and I say provide a break. They are going through a rough adequate time currently, they don u2019 t require anyone inconvenience. If they put on u2019 t wish to be called u201 ckid u201 d, then put on u2019 t call them kid u2026 well not in front of them anyhow!
