Based Upon my PSY and CRJ research studies, I would have to say that if a child murders someone, they may not completely realize the excellent impact of it. It is commonly understood that children are not old enough to form a meaningful world view, and the devastating impacts of taking another’s life. One report I read specified that a typical 10 years old has actually seen over 10,000 murders on tv and motion pictures.
