POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for sticking to company and center policies and treatments. Accountable for preserving a safe and safe environment for youth, themselves and other personnel. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING REQUIRED ENTRY LEVEL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Knowledge of the Department of Juvenile Justice Detention Services Manual, Federal and State guidelines and guidelines, and DJJ and center policies and treatments.

Ability to monitor personnel and youth.

Ability to physically deal with and communicate with violent youth.

Ability to work overtime hours in order to guarantee personnel protection and preserve security.

SPECIAL NOTES:
