POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for sticking to company and center policies and treatments. Accountable for keeping a safe and safe and secure environment for youth, themselves and other personnel. Ensures that all center youth clothes is correctly looked after, saved, and represented. Makes sure that all youth have tidy socks and underclothing daily. Strictly liable for appointing personnel to browse youth at admission and effectively gets and represents the documentation. Makes sure appropriate usage of the cleaning devices by personnel.

Coordinates, directs and keeps track of everyday work for the center, personnel and youth. Maintains reliable guidance of youth and personnel throughout all locations of the center, guaranteeing security and security.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING REQUIRED ENTRY LEVEL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Candidates need to be presently used by a State of Florida company.

Knowledge of the Department of Juvenile Justice Detention Services Manual, Federal and State guidelines and policies, and DJJ and center policies and treatments.

Ability to monitor personnel and youth.

Ability to physically manage and connect with violent youth.

Ability to work overtime hours in order to guarantee personnel protection and preserve security.

SPECIAL NOTES:
