In July of 2012, 16 year-old Skylar Neese vanished after leaving her West Virginia apartment or condo and entering an unidentified automobile. An extensive search began over the next a number of months as authorities in addition to Skylar’s family and friends expected her safe return. In January of the list below year though, that hope was shattered as one of Skylar’s friends stepped forward with a story that would surprise the country.
