Oklahoma Co. Prison 'Not Fixable' Facility Says As Criminal Justice Panel Pursues New Detention

The Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Advisory Council, a non-governmental body comprised of authorities from numerous neighborhoods throughout the county, supported the concept of constructing a brand-new center to change the existing prison at their conference Thursday.
