Position Overview

Job Responsibilities
Provides technical help in the evaluation, evaluation, approval, execution and tracking of interagency arrangements and agreements connecting to give programs;-LRB-
Travels to perform on-site evaluation of beneficiary financial records;-LRB-
Reviews and examines quarterly and close-out program and financial reports;-LRB-

Conducts random evaluations of quarterly subcontract/subrecipient program and financial reports sent by beneficiaries

Establishes and preserves a system/method to track beneficiary program efficiency, expenses, goals, and results

Minimum Qualifications
Requires understanding, ability and psychological advancement equivalent to conclusion of 4 years of college with coursework in law, criminal justice, violence avoidance, federal government, public administration, sociology, accounting or government or associated field.
Requires conclusion of a firm authorized training program or one year of expert experience in preparation, advancement, execution, or evaluation of pograms in criminal justice, violence avoidance, federal government, public administration, sociology, accounting, government, or comparable sophisticated scholastic work.
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities
Professional experience in grant preparation and grant/contract tracking; budget plan preparation; and tracking of expense and goals and results chosen. Needs working understanding of the criminal justice system. Need to excel in analytical abilities and oral interactions. Needs capability to use data processing software application and workplace devices.
Conditions of Employment
Requires legitimate chauffeur’s license.
Requires periodic over night travel
