San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office included 4 brand-new Deputies after their graduation from The Ventura County Sheriff’s Criminal Justice Training. The Center uses a wide variety of in-service training for all Ventura County Sheriff’s Department and tri-county police workers. In addition, the Academy likewise offers specialized direction for peace officer students who are called Recruits throughout a 22-week California’s Commission of Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) recognized program.
