The Office of Criminal Conflict & Civil Regional Counsel, First DCA Region is looking for a full-time lawyer in our Jacksonville, FL workplace who will be accountable for a criminal case load in Duval County. The certified candidate needs to have a minimum of 3 (3) years’ experience in Criminal Defense and need to be a member in great standing with The Florida Bar. The Attorney will be needed to represent customers in different kinds of court hearings, to consist of jury trials, non-jury trials, movement practice, and need to have the inspiration and capability to cover cases on numerous dockets. Such representation of customers would consist of customer interviews, witness interviews, preparing witnesses for trial, research study and composing legal files and filings, and supplying a continuous evaluation of the benefits of a case. The position is a full-time State of Florida position with attendant state advantages with an income series of $50,00000-$60,00000, commensurate with the effective candidate’s experience.
