The criminal justice system is the set of laws and concepts which are used on founded guilty ones on their disobediences. It is among the most crucial components of any society worldwide. It explains the offenses, penalties, treatments and methods to penalize those who breach laws of the society.
The criminal justice system in a nation consists of the legislature, the enforcement companies, the courts and correctional services. Its fundamental goal is to offer defense to life and residential or commercial property of residents and to guarantee order in society. It has 3 primary stages; examination by authorities, trial by Courts, and execution by prison authorities. It stands upon 3 pillars: examination, prosecution and trial.
