The important function of the Court Program Professional II position within the company is mainly for the consumption, evaluation, file preparation, case coordination, docketing, and case management of pending civil cases in the Third Judicial Circuit. This position will cross-train on Household case management too. The incumbent is accountable for preparing kinds and orders; establishing case management treatments; and setting up court procedures under the instructions of the appointed Judge or General Magistrate. In addition, this position will go to hearings, interact with celebrations, gather information, and prepare orders, reports and other files required to handle and accelerate the cases through the court system. The position works under the basic guidance of the Court Operations Supervisor, or other monitoring positions as appointed in the future, supporting the Judges & General Magistrate.

Preferred Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in public or company administration, criminal justice, psychology, sociology or a carefully associated subject plus 3 years of court experience.

Minimum Certifications:

3 years of expert administrative or associated experience. Education might alternative to experience on a year-for-year basis.

Understanding, Abilities, and Capabilities: Capability to arrange work and develop concerns to fulfill due dates; capability to manage delicate matters with stability and privacy; capability to prepare detailed, clear and succinct orders, correspondence and judicial memos; understanding of the court system. Need to excel in Microsoft Workplace.
