Working with full-time Overnight Youth Program Employees – Behavioral Professional, Crisis Expert, Youth Advancement Expert at Southern Peaks Regional Treatment Center in Canon City, Colorado.

Beginning Pay is $1650 p/h with $5,000 HIRING REWARDS CHANCE (REQUEST INFORMATION)

Set Up: 10: 45 PM – 7: 15 AM

Minimum Age Requirement: 21 years of age

Summary:

Manages the security and stability of the system during the night while clients are sleeping. Remains alert and responsive to the system and clients throughout sleeping hours and throughout early morning get up.

Necessary Functions:

• Monitor the habits of customers in among our numerous domestic systems.
• Needs to stay completely alert, mindful and responsive throughout work hours.
• Carries out nighttime security checks.
• Carries out bed/body checks in not less than 15 minute periods.
• Files risky conditions and informs proper individuals about these conditions.
• Makes use of crisis intervention strategies and has the ability to recognize possible disputes and step in.
• Utilizes proper terms to properly tape-record events in client records and move evaluations and total such in a prompt way.
• Keeps expert limits and recognize problems associated with them.

Minimum Requirements:

The following academic requirements are appropriate for this category consisting of:

• High School Diploma or GED and one (1) year appropriate experience or Partner’s Degree chosen. (Partner’s degree or sixty (60) credit hours from a certified college or university.)
