The Office of Criminal Conflict & Civil Regional Counsel, First DCA Region is looking for full-time lawyer. The employment opportunity might be filled by either a criminal lawyer OR a lawyer with reliance experience. The lawyer will be needed to represent customers in different kinds of court hearings, to consist of trials and any appellate filings required. Such representation of customers would consist of customer interviews, witness interviews, preparing witnesses for trial, research study and composing legal files and filings. This opening is for a position in the 3rd Circuit covering Madison, Taylor, Hamilton, Suwannee, Lafayette, Dixie, and Columbia counties. And once again, the position is for either a skilled criminal defense lawyer or a dependence lawyer depending upon the credentials of the prospect.

Must be a member in excellent standing with the Florida Bar; Must have outstanding spoken, social, and composing abilities; Must have capability to compassionately represent customers in a hectic environment.
