The task of “Instructor – Intermediate School” is provided for the purpose/s of establishing trainees’ scholastic abilities through scholastic core curricula and executing District authorized curriculum; recording mentor and trainee progress/activities/outcomes; resolving particular academic requirements of trainees; offering a safe and optimum knowing environment, and supplying feedback to trainees, moms and dads and administration concerning trainee development, expectations, objectives, and so on
Necessary Task Functions:
- Assist each student establish proficiency in subject abilities; encourage each student to use understanding and abilities in the service of issues; establish excellent relationships with moms and dads and with other employee
- Teach courses to secondary student making use of core curriculum embraced by the Board of Education, and proper curriculum publications as standards in mentor specific course material
- Instruct students in citizenship, fundamental interaction abilities, and other basic aspects of the core curriculum typical to all instructors, as defined in state law and administrative guidelines and treatments of the school district
- Establish lesson strategies and proper training help
- Demonstrate principles utilizing designs, blackboard, overhead projector, and other basic or teacher-prepared educational help
