Staff member inhabiting this position carries out a range of specialized, complex and technical tasks connecting to the operations of the court system. Work thoroughly on statewide computer system systems, consisting of the Superior Court Management Details System (SCOMIS) and the Judicial Info System (JIS), inputting and recovering details and printing reports.

  • Re-create files from microfilm when required.
  • Perform tasks of notary throughout trials and hearings. Be accountable for exhibitions throughout trials and hearings.
  • File and register Authorities’ Bonds and other files as needed by statute.
  • Concern bench warrants, writs and summonses as purchased.
  • Disburse garnishment funds as purchased by the court.
  • Get in judgments and fulfillments of judgments into the execution docket record.
  • Prepare and disperse different court calendars for judges, court commissioners, Court Administrator and other Law and Justice-related departments.
  • Submit files gotten in court, by mail or over-the-counter. Properly docket files in SCOMIS and JIS.
  • React to composed and spoken queries, distribute details and offer court records upon demand to the general public, police, state and federal companies, title business, credit bureaus and other Law and Justice departments.
  • Assist lawyers and the general public in filing court-related files and records. Help pro se celebrations obtaining Domestic Violence or Antiharassment security orders.
  • Upon demand, carry out research study of court records for people, title business, lawyers and other numerous firms.
  • Arrange and/or re-schedule court looks in pro se dissolution matters in accordance with developed standards.
  • Check In and out subpoenaed witnesses for trials or hearings.
