The Case Supervisor is accountable for caseload or residents/clients: monitoring their everyday activities, helping them with work, real estate, transitional, and other discharge preparation requirements.
Case Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages preliminary resident orientation to program and expectations, and establishes and keeps track of Specific Program Prepare for locals on caseload.
- Fulfills frequently with each homeowner to go over development with program requirements, individual objectives, program compliance, evaluation of financial resources (salaries, subsistence payment, spending plan, cost savings, and any monetary responsibilities) and goes over, evaluations and aids with weekly schedules, passes, and schedules.
- Interacts with contracting and other appropriate firms to relating to numerous elements of Private Program Strategies.
- Preserves continuous interaction with company and relative, and Director as pertinent to the ongoing development of each local on caseload.
- Schedules routine resident therapy sessions and monitors, sets limitations, controls, and structures responsibility of citizens.
- Offers prompt details to suitable workers for coordination of services and for reporting functions.
- Finishes all needed documents for each local on caseload.
- Takes part in on-call rotation according to figured out schedule.
- Goes to essential conferences, conferences, and training within CRJ and with outdoors service providers.
Certifications
Case Supervisor Minimum Credentials:
BS/BA from a recognized college or university in Crook Justice, Person Service, or associated field.
Prefer one year of case management experience, choose experience with a correctional population, in a domestic setting.
