Ladies Who Eliminate: Cambridge Centre for Wrongdoer Justice/ Centre for Women's Justice webinar

This webinar checked out the ground-breaking research study released by Centre for Women’s Justice previously this year and went over the immediate requirement for reforms which it highlights.

The research study takes a look at why ladies eliminate violent partners and the numerous methods they are stopped working by the criminal justice system – from the failures to secure ladies from abuse in the very first location, through to the unfair penalty of ladies whose actions are inspired by self conservation. The research study authors will talk about the report’s findings and suggestions with essential academics and specialists, and consider its broader ramifications for the criminal justice action to ladies whose angering or declared upseting emerges from their experience of domestic abuse.
