La Costa Glen is currently hiring a Per Diem Class B Driver. The Bus Driver is responsible for the timely and safety transportation of residents to various activities. He/she is also responsible for maintaining the assigned vehicles.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Picks up and delivers residents to all scheduled activities where transportation is needed.
  • Makes miscellaneous runs for the office to the bank, printer, post office, etc. as needed.
  • Assists residents on/off the bus.
  • While on outings, accepts directions from the Social Activities Director regarding parking, or resident assistance as needed.
  • Regularly exhibits strong commitment to customer services with residents, staff, vendors and guests.
  • Works effectively and efficiently with others.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must possess a valid Commercial Drivers License in the state of California Class B.
  • Must have proof of good driving record
  • Must provide DMV printout at time of hire.
  • Must be cpr-1st aid AED certified
