REGIONAL LEGAL CONSULTANT– JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The position is based in Jacksonville, and is the local legal consultant for FDLE’s Jacksonville Regional Operations. The lawyer in this position is accountable for recommending FDLE Unique Representatives, Detectives, laboratory and investigative assistance workers on concerns of law and criminal treatment, consisting of search and seizure, compliance with court orders and handling wiretaps or comparable advanced investigative efforts.
