Description
The essential function of the position within the organization is to provide complex administrative and clerical support. The position performs a variety of administrative duties to assist in managing daily business and support operations. The position works independently.
Examples of Work
Maintain Case Management Database.
Maintain records of pending projects.
Review all post-conviction motions from intake.
Communicate with all parties on DCA status reports.
Draft form orders.
Draft special master orders.
Distribute case files to contract attorneys and maintain related work records.
Capital reports back-up.
Assist with administrative projects.

Education and Experience Guidelines
Bachelor’s Degree. Additional relevant experience may substitute for the recommended educational level on a year-for-year basis.
Competencies
Strong computer skills required.
