Position Idea:

- Total personalized service strategy (ISP) within 30 days of admission with comprehensive quantifiable objectives and timeliness. Customized service strategy to be established with a multi-disciplinary method; embellished, customer-service focused, strength based and responsible.
- Make required recommendations for services as determined in the youth’s ISP through subcontractors to deal with education, occupation, work preparedness and mentorship.
- Coordinate and act on extra services required, consisting of however not restricted to, drug abuse and psychological health. Recommendations for compound abuse/mental health collaborated with the JPO. Total recommendations for recognized services within 14 days of program admission.

Credentials
Education: Bachelor’s Degree from a certified college or university, in criminal justice, human services or associated field needed. Master’s degree in criminal justice or associated field chosen.
