Equity and Compliance Planner

Position Summary:
The Equity and Compliance Planner will help the Equity and Compliance Officer with the management of the University’s compliance with state and federal level playing field/ affirmative action laws and guidelines, along with help with examinations connected with accusations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in accordance with state and federal laws and University Policy. This position will likewise help in the promo of variety and belonging and producing and preserving a database of resources relevant to affirmative action, equity, addition, discrimination, and harassment.
Important Tasks, Jobs and Obligations:
- Will help with compliance tracking, tracking, and evaluating the working with procedure, consisting of variety declaration evaluation, and other work activities along with supporting departments, colleges, and administrative systems towards conference programmatic objectives and schedules related to level playing field and affirmative action standards and procedure enhancement. Will help with event and evaluating affirmative action and equity information for advancement of the University’s Affirmative Action Strategy. Will help with putting together information in action to external company complaints/requests.
- Will help with the investigatory procedure into claims of discrimination, harassment, and/or retaliation submitted by trainees, professors, administration, personnel, visitors, and suppliers. Responsibilities will consist of helping with the consumption of grievances, (consisting of Title IX) setting up interviews, collecting paperwork, and collection of the examination report.
- Will help with the advancement, scheduling, helping with, and tracking of in-person and online training sessions for the university. Will help with establishing and keeping the equity and compliance site and resource tools.
- Will help with university policy evaluation and modification efforts, along with keep an upgraded understanding of market guidelines and patterns connected to equity, chance, affirmative action, variety and addition, employing and other actions and regards to work.
- Will develop and preserve strong relationships with all divisional workplaces, and partnering with the Workplace of Title IX, The Workplace of Multicultural Affairs, The Center for Women and Gender Equity, The Center of Violence Avoidance and Education, and the LGBTQ Resource.
- Other responsibilities as appointed by the Equity and Compliance Officer, Title IX Organizer, or Chief Variety and Belonging Officer.

Minimum Certifications:

Full-time, Administrative personnel position offered. Administrative Grade Level354 Wage is commensurate with education and experience. Complete advantages bundle offered.
