Ga State Representative Mandi Ballinger Discusses Criminal Justice Reform Bill for 17-year-olds

The Georgia House has passed legislation which moves many criminal cases for 17-year-olds from superior court to juvenile court. Representative Mandi Ballinger presents the bill to the House Rules Committee Chairman Richard Smith.
