Task Description

Allied Universal is wanting to work with a Security Account Supervisor in Scranton, PA. The Account Supervisor is responsible for everyday operations of a designated account, consisting of hiring, training, disciplining and ending personnel. Construct, enhance and keep relationships with customers and staff members: establish & keep personnel; coordinate necessary assistance services and fix issues to efficiently run the account. Meet or surpass monetary & functional objectives; offer quality customer support. Maintains or manages upkeep of weekly operating schedules and conclusion of payroll for appointed security workers. Offers after-hour emergency situation reaction as needed.

Important Functions

  • Monitor the daily security operations of a designated customer website
  • Handle a group of gatekeeper, website and/or shift managers consisting of hiring/selection, scheduling, payroll, training, training, advancement and assistance
  • Make sure the customer website is offered with high quality security services to secure individuals and home
  • Build, enhance and keep reliable relationships with both customer and workers
  • Coordinate required assistance services to successfully handle customer website to fulfill or go beyond monetary and functional objectives and offer quality client service

  • Manage uniforms, devices, products and lorries used at the account( s), keeping suitable stocks and upkeep lists

Certifications

4 year degree in Wrongdoer Justice, Organization Administration or associated field Previous Agreement Security, centers management, military or police experience

  • A minimum of 2 years of organization management/operations/supervisory experience (depending upon size/scope of customer).

  • Experience in employing, establishing, inspiring and maintaining quality personnel
  • Impressive social and interactions abilities needed

  • Previous payroll, billing and scheduling experience chosen
