FULL-TIME HOUSEHOLD RESOURCE PLANNER – $1,000 REMAIN BENEFITS
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work mostly with JusticeWorks lower-needs cases.
- Engage households in service and treatment preparation.
- Examine household and customer requirements.
- Strategy and carry out proper interventions following PACCT standards.
- Assess the efficiency of service arrangement.
- Follow up as required to identify proper strategies.
- Consult with designated customers for the proposed variety of hours/ days/contacts weekly.
- Maintain open interaction with referring authorities.
- Go to court hearings and supply testament as needed.
- Send precise, necessary notes within 24 hours of service and total needed reports within appointed timeframes.
- Transportation customers using individual lorry, as required.
- Supply mentoring and task watching to brand-new and existing personnel as appointed
- Perform other responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or greater.
- Legitimate motorist’s license, automobile insurance coverage and access to a car.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in the social work, criminal justice, or carefully associated field.
