We are presently working with for second shift (2: 45 pm – 11: 15 pm) and 3rd shift (11 pm – 7am) full-time positions in addition to momentary on-call positions. Day of rests for each offered full-time schedule will differ, schedules will consist of work shifts on Saturdays and/or Sundays.

Employing rate of position: $1700 per hour with extra shift differentials for second shift and 3rd shift.

Place of position: Whitehall School – 57 th & Walker

Work schedule: second and 3rd shift readily available, day of rests will differ however work schedules will consist of some weekend shifts on Saturday and/or Sunday.

Examples of Work

Incumbents are accountable for offering direct guidance of teenagers by keeping a safe and secure, safe and tidy environment. Preserving a structured and healing scene. Executing specific treatment strategies, observing and recording everyday habits in nursing notes. Need to have the ability to be Medication Assistant trained in order to pass medications to the youth. Periodically accountable for transferring youth to visits or off premises activities. Using Manage with Care methods, composed, spoken and electronic interaction in addition to have computer system abilities.

Certifications/ Requirements

REQUIREMENTS: Need to be at least 21 years of age, have a high school diploma or comparable education, and should have a legitimate chauffeur’s license or the capability to supply independent authorized transport.

PREFERRED: Coursework/training in: social work, criminal justice, therapy and assistance, human advancement and the household, psychology, psychological healthcare, education, social/behavioral sciences, human services or associated location; OR Experience in: kid or youth care, mentor, foster care, delinquency avoidance, juvenile court systems, neighborhood work associated to kids and youth, behavioral health systems, client care, nursing or other locations including contact or interaction with youth or households.

OTHER: Should have the ability to go to and finish one (1) week of New Worker Orientation, participation throughout this time is compulsory. Should have the ability to work a shift project that includes weekends, vacations, and compulsory overtime.
