WHAT IS OPS WORK?
Other Personal Provider (OPS) work is a short-lived employer/employee relationship utilized exclusively for achieving short-term or periodic jobs.
OPS are at-will workers and undergo actions such as pay modifications, modifications to work task and terminations at the suggestion of the company.

DESCRIPTION:
This is an extremely responsive and expert position that will act as the Workplace of Avoidance Providers point of contact in Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton, Holmes, Washington, Jackson, Calhoun Gulf and Bay Counties.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS:
Functions as the delinquency avoidance program professional in designated counties; recommends Avoidance Provider management and stakeholders on issues and concerns connected to delinquency avoidance; helps when required, in performing responsibilities and duties of other Avoidance Providers activities.
Informs neighborhood stakeholders on delinquency avoidance programs, research study and cops; takes part in neighborhood outreach and engagement activities; collaborates and/or helps with Avoidance Provider youth and neighborhood occasions; establishes and keeps efficient collaborations and associations with regional neighborhood companies.
Carries out regular sees to contracted Avoidance programs; offers technical help as required, to contracted companies to makes sure compliance with contracted terms; supplies composed summary of input and feedback of encounters with contracted service providers.
Drafts quarterly and month-to-month reports and send on a prompt basis; assesses information from result procedures and requirements and make advise to management; conduct yearly residential or commercial property stock.
Some activities and travel might be carried out throughout day, night, over night, and sometimes on weekends.
Carries out other responsibilities as designated.
MINIMUM CREDENTIALS FOR THIS POSITION CONSIST OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIRED ENTRY LEVEL UNDERSTANDING, ABILITIES AND CAPABILITIES:

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS:
A bachelor’s degree from a certified college or university.
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience straight associated to the responsibilities and obligations defined.
This position needs a legitimate chauffeur’s license and regular travel of 2-4 hours away; over 50% of the time.
This position needs a versatile work schedule due to some weekends and after hours (night) work.
