Lots of Americans question whether our society is regretfully vulnerable to these acts of evil, because there have actually been at least 60 of them considering that1982 Were the killers mad, or bad, or a flammable mix of both?

Sign up with host Stephen Handelman, Director of the Center on Media, Criminal Offense and Justice, as he discusses this subject with 2 of the nation’s primary professionals on severe criminal violence: Abby Stein, Partner Teacher at John Jay College and author of, “Beginning to Violence,” and Dr. Michael Stone, a teacher of medical psychiatry at Columbia University who concentrates on character conditions. He is the author of, “The Anatomy of Evil” and on Discovery Channel’s program entitled, “A lot of Evil,” he takes a look at the criminal mind.
