Under the guidance of the Personnel Providers Supervisor, monitors the operations and daily functions of the 9-1-1 Dispatch. Accountable for direct shift guidance of the call center to consist of staffing, everyday logs and devices upkeep throughout the appointed shifts. Work Credentials

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is needed. Bachelor or Partner’s Degree in Emergency situation Solutions, Bad guy Justice or associated field chosen.

Experience: 3 years of experience as an emergency situation dispatcher is needed.

Other Requirements: Accreditation in CPR and EMD is needed.
